OPLUS Group has incorporated a new company Oplus Casting Pvt. Ltd. to establish a Foundry with latest V-Process Moulding Line having casting capacity of 2000 ton/month, exclusively for Counterweights up to 6-ton single casting weight.

OPLUS Steel & Power Pvt. Ltd. manufactures Pig Iron through MBF route. It ‘s Pig Iron Unit has capacity of 79,900 ton/Yr and has captive Coke-oven for Met-Coke with capacity of 33,000 ton.

• Direct Liquid Metal from Blast Furnace (120 ton/day)
• Induction Furnace with 6-ton crucible for metal refining (future plan)
